  • Sabudana -100 gm
  • Big size Potatoes - 4
  • Green chillies - 5
  • Corn flour - 4 spoons
  • Grated Ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Sabudana Vada:

    1. Boil sabudana and potatoes separately till it is tender enough for mashing.
    2. Drain excess water from sabudana and spread it in a big plate to dry a little
    3. Mash the potatoes in to a fine paste and mix it with dried sabudana and corn flour, finely chopped green chillies, grated ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
    4. Make small balls and flatten the balls to shape like vada, coat with bread crumbs, deep fry till the vadas are golden brown, serve.
