  • Cracked wheat - 2 tbsp
  • Cold Milk - 6 cups
  • Hot milk- 2 tbsp
  • Saffron strands- 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Thick Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 6-8-tbsp
  • Almonds - 8-10 toasted flakes, Raisins - 15
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • How to Make Saffron Cracked Wheat Pudding:

    1. Soak the saffron strands in the hot milk.
    2. Take a pan, heat ghee and fry the cracked wheat in it for 2 minutes, then add water and cook it for 5 minutes.
    3. Mash it in to a paste
    4. Start heating the milk on a medium heat and reduce it to half.
    5. Now add the wheat paste to it keep on stirring until it is thick.
    6. Then add cream and saffron milk and cook for 1 minute.
    7. Then turn of the heat and add sugar and salt to it and mix well.
    8. Spoon into serving dish with almonds and raisins.
