  • 2 cups - Paneer
  • 1/4 cup - Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 6 tbsp - Ghee
  • A few strands - Saffron
  • 1/4 cup - Powdered Almonds
  • A few melon seeds
  • How to Make Saffron Paneer Burfi:

    1. Take the paneer, saffron strands, milk powder, powdered almonds and sugar, mix well and keep aside.
    2. Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan, add this mixture and stir in low flame until the ghee gets separated.
    3. Remove from heat, pour this paneer burfi over a greased plate and spread it with a flat spoon.
    4. Sprinkle the melon seeds over the mixture and keep aside to cool completely.
