How to Make Saffron Paneer Burfi

  • Take the paneer, saffron strands, milk powder, powdered almonds and sugar, mix well and keep aside.
  • Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan, add this mixture and stir in low flame until the ghee gets separated.
  • Remove from heat, pour this paneer burfi over a greased plate and spread it with a flat spoon.
  • Sprinkle the melon seeds over the mixture and keep aside to cool completely.
