Ingredients

  • Sago grain - 200 gm
  • Onion - 2
  • Ginger - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilly - 8
  • Fresh coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Sago Hariyali Pakoda

  • Soak sago in water for three hours. Drain.
  • Add onion, ginger, green chilly, coconut, red chilly powder, coriander powder, rice flour and water to it to get a paste consistency. Make balls.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown. Serve.
