Ingredients

  • Cooked Rice - 4 cups
  • Ham - 2 slices cut to 1/2 inch pieces
  • Sausages - 3, fried and chopped into discs
  • Tomatoes - 1 big (cut to cubes)
  • Onions - I cut lengthwise
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsps
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper -1/2 teaspoon

How to Make Salad de Riz

  • Add salt and pepper to the vinegar. Give it a quick stir.
  • Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Shake well.
  • Pour vinaigrette over chopped onions and tomatoes.
  • Add the sausages and ham.
  • Mix together with rice.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
