Ingredients

  • Cooked Rice - 4 cups
  • Ham - 2 slices cut to 1/2 inch pieces
  • Sausages - 3, fried and chopped into discs
  • Tomatoes - 1 big (cut to cubes)
  • Onions - I cut lengthwise
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsps
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper -1/2 teaspoon
  • How to Make Salad de Riz:

    1. Add salt and pepper to the vinegar. Give it a quick stir.
    2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Shake well.
    3. Pour vinaigrette over chopped onions and tomatoes.
    4. Add the sausages and ham.
    5. Mix together with rice.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
