Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 small onion, sliced
  • 12 black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup canned tuna, drained and chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup- Italian Dressing (use Olive oil instead of Chicken stock)

How to Make Salad Nicoise

  • Mix potatoes, tomatoes and cucumber
  • Pour 1/2 cup dressing over it
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Layer potatoes in a salad dish
  • Top it with sliced eggs
  • Then with small tuna pieces
  • Garnish with olives
  • Pour the remaining dressing
  • Toss a bit and serve
