Ingredients

  • 4 - tortillas
  • 12 - cucumber slices
  • 12 - Tomato slices
  • 1 tbsp - coriander-mint chutney
  • 1/2 cup - shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - red chill flakes
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Salad Quesadillas

  • Take a tortilla and place it on a flat surface.
  • Apply coriander-mint chutney over it.
  • Arrange cucumber and tomato slices on it.
  • Spread shredded cheese and spices on top and cover it with another tortilla.
  • Heat some oil griddle and place these quesadilla on it.
  • Roast it till little crisp on both sides. Cheese will help both the tortillas to hold the stuffing inside.
  • Serve hot.
