  • 2 slices - bread
  • 1 - potato, boiled
  • 1 - sliced Carrot
  • 1 - sliced Cucumber
  • 1 - cut Tomato
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 tsp - grated Coconut
  • 4 Cloves - garlic, chopped
  • Few leaves - cut Lettuce
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Salad sandwich:

    1. Grind the coriander leaves with the chillies, coconut and chopped garlic.
    2. Cook the ground paste till the smell or raw garlic is gone.
    3. Apply the chutney prepared in the above manner on the slices of the bread.
    4. Arrange a layer of cut potato, then carrot and then cucumber and tomato and the cut lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.
    5. Add some salt for taste.
    6. If you have a sandwich maker place this layer and then cover with the other layer of bread.
    7. Cover the sandwich maker and when your sandwich is ready.
    8. Serve it with tomato sauce.
    9. If you do not have a sandwich maker then heat a flat pan and put some butter in it.
    10. Place the raw sandwich prepared in the above manner on it.
    11. Turn it to the other side when it turns golden brown.
    12. Wait till the other sandwich is also golden brown.
