  • 4 - whole Wheat tortilla
  • 4 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 cups - Lollo rosso, romaine and ice berg lettuce, torn
  • 1/2 cup - sweet Corn nib lets, boiled
  • 2 medium - cucumbers, cubed
  • 4 tbsp - sour Cream
  • How to Make Salad wraps:

    1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder to make the vinaigrette.
    2. Combine the lettuce, sweet corn nib lets and cucumber with the vinaigrette.
    3. Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds. You can also heat them in a microwave oven.
    4. Evenly spread the salad on each warm tortillas, dribble sour cream and roll them.
    5. Serve immediately.
