  • 4 - whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 cups - Lollo rosso, romaine and ice berg lettuce, torn
  • 1/2 cup - sweet corn nib lets, boiled
  • 2 medium - cucumbers, cubed
  • 4 tbsp - sour cream

How to Make Salad wraps

  • Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder to make the vinaigrette.
  • Combine the lettuce, sweet corn nib lets and cucumber with the vinaigrette.
  • Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds. You can also heat them in a microwave oven.
  • Evenly spread the salad on each warm tortillas, dribble sour cream and roll them.
  • Serve immediately.
