Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - white fish
  • 4 tsp - oil to fry
  • For marinade:
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • How to Make Salmon Fried - Maach Bhaja:

    1. Marinate the fish with the marinade for 1 hour.
    2. Heat the oil a skillet, take two or three pieces of fish at a time and shallow fry it until all sides turn golden brown in colour.
    3. Serve hot with Mayonnaise.
