Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 Lime
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - fish masala
  • 2 tsp oil
  • How to Make Salmon Masala:

    1. Grind all the ingredients in mixer.
    2. Make some slits in salmon fillets.
    3. Fill the slits with mixture and leave aside for 1/2 hour.
    4. Take a pan, pour oil and fry salmon masala in it until it flakes.
    5. Serve with steamed rice and seasoned green beans.
