  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 lime
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - fish masala
  • 2 tsp oil

How to Make Salmon Masala

  • Grind all the ingredients in mixer.
  • Make some slits in salmon fillets.
  • Fill the slits with mixture and leave aside for 1/2 hour.
  • Take a pan, pour oil and fry salmon masala in it until it flakes.
  • Serve with steamed rice and seasoned green beans.
