Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp - milk
  • 1 cup - sour cream
  • 1 cup - cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup - flaked salmon, cooked
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, mashed
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - carrot, chopped finely
  • 5 - French beans, chopped finely
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - celery, chopped finely
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - basil powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Salmon Vegetable Dip

  • Boil French beans and carrots till cooked (should not be overcooked).
  • Blend well the mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese.
  • Mix all the remaining ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 7 to 8 hours.
  • Serve with chips and toasted bread.
