Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 cup - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup - flaked salmon, cooked
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, mashed
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - carrot, chopped finely
  • 5 - French beans, chopped finely
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - celery, chopped finely
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Salmon Vegetable Dip:

    1. Boil French beans and carrots till cooked (should not be overcooked).
    2. Blend well the mayonnaise, milk, sour cream and cream cheese.
    3. Mix all the remaining ingredients.
    4. Refrigerate for 7 to 8 hours.
    5. Serve with chips and toasted bread.
