Ingredients

  • 4 - large firm Tomatoes
  • 3 - Tomatillos
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • 3 - green Onions
  • 1/2 - green pepper
  • 1 - green jalapeno chilli
  • 2 - yellow chillies
  • 3 tbsps - freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - minced Garlic
  • 4 drops - hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tbsps - red wine Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Salsa

  • Chop the tomatoes, onions and chillies into big chunks and put them in a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend well by giving quick pulses a few times until you've reached the desired consistency.
  • Serve along with tortilla chips.
