  • 3 cups - Almonds
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - sea salt ground fine or ordinary salt
  • How to Make Salted Almonds:

    1. Take almonds in a large plate.
    2. Pour ghee over it.
    3. Rub with hands to mix and coat all almonds.
    4. Mix salt in 2 tsp water, take on palms, rub almonds with it.
    5. Spread on a clean towel to dry.
    6. Put on baking sheet, spread out thinly.
    7. Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 5-7 minutes.
    8. Toss once in between to bake evenly.
    9. Remove, cool completely, before storing in airtight jar.
