  • 500 gm - whole Cashewnuts
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Salted Microwaved Cashews:

    1. Coat ghee on the cashews uniformly.
    2. Place in large wide, microwave proof plate.
    3. Run on high for 2 minutes.
    4. Take out, toss cashews lightly, return to microwave.
    5. Run again on medium, for 3 minutes.
    6. Make sure the cashew become only pinkish brown.
    7. They will continue browning, even while cooling.
    8. When warm, sprinkle salt, toss.
    9. Cool completely, before storing in airtight container.
