How to Make Salted Microwaved Cashews

  • Coat ghee on the cashews uniformly.
  • Place in large wide, microwave proof plate.
  • Run on high for 2 minutes.
  • Take out, toss cashews lightly, return to microwave.
  • Run again on medium, for 3 minutes.
  • Make sure the cashew become only pinkish brown.
  • They will continue browning, even while cooling.
  • When warm, sprinkle salt, toss.
  • Cool completely, before storing in airtight container.
