  • 1 packet - salted Potato wafers
  • 1 - medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • a pinch of chaat masala
  • a few coriander leaves, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 - Lemon

How to Make Salted potato wafer chaat

  • Crush and arrange the salted potato wafers on a flat plate.
  • Sprinkle a layer of the chopped onion.
  • Add a layer of the chopped tomato. Add the green chilli pieces.
  • Add chaat masala and salt and toss the wafers around in the plate.
  • Squeeze a lemon and sprinkle the juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
