How to Make Sambhar Masala

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Roast the ingredients in a little ghee on low flame till crisp and golden.
  • When the ingredients exudes a strong spicy aroma, remove from fire and cool.
  • Pound to a coarse powder, in a mixie.
  • Use as required.
