Ingredients

  • 4 - bread slices
  • 100 g - malai Paneer
  • 50 g - grated cheese
  • 100 g - besan/gram flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • A pinch of soda bicarbonate
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Sandwich vada:

    1. Cut the bread slices and paneer into squares.
    2. Marinate the paneer pieces with salt, chilli powder and lemon juice.
    3. Prepare a thick besan batter with water, soda, turmeric and salt.
    4. Take the bread slices and place grated cheese over it.
    5. Then place the marinated paneer square piece over it.
    6. Dip in the besan batter and deep fry.
