Ingredients

  • bread slices
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4
  • Onion 1 small
  • Garlic - 6 pearls
  • Ginger - 1 slice
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • roasted gram - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Tofu/fish
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Sandwich with Mint and Coriander Chutney:

    1. Grind all the ingredients together.
    2. You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste.
    3. Spread the bread slices with Chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish or tofu.
    4. Make four sandwich
