Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Milk
  • 2 inch - stick Cinnamon
  • 3 to 4 - whole Cloves
  • 1/4 cup - granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - corn-starch
  • 2 tbsps - cold Milk
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • How to Make Santa Claus Milk:

    1. Combine 4 cups milk, the cinnamon stick and 3 to 4 whole cloves in a saucepan.
    2. Cook over medium heat for 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil.
    3. Remove and discard cinnamon and cloves.
    4. Combine sugar and corn-starch, add 2 tbsps of cold milk and stir mixture until smooth.
    5. Now, add cold milk mixture to hot milk mixture, stirring constantly.
    6. Cook for 2 mins, stirring constantly.
    7. Ladle into mugs and sprinkle with nutmeg.
