How to Make Santula Oriyagharna

  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Put the kadai on flame.
  • Take ghee and deep fry all the vegetables.
  • Take jeera, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, tomato and make it a paste.
  • Take away all the vegetables from kadai.
  • Put kadai on flame again.
  • Put some ghee. Fry the masala paste.
  • Then put all the vegetables in it.
  • Add coconut milk to it.
  • Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice.
