Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 1
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • Carrot - 1
  • Potato - 2
  • Raw banana - 1
  • Radish - 1
  • Pumpkin - 200g
  • Brinjal - 2
  • Drumsticks - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger - 20g
  • Garlic - 20 g
  • 1 - Tomato
  • Mustard Seeds - 10g
  • Jeera - 10g
  • Coconut Milk - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 200 g
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Santula Oriyagharna:

    1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
    2. Put the kadai on flame.
    3. Take ghee and deep fry all the vegetables.
    4. Take jeera, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic, tomato and make it a paste.
    5. Take away all the vegetables from kadai.
    6. Put kadai on flame again.
    7. Put some ghee. Fry the masala paste.
    8. Then put all the vegetables in it.
    9. Add coconut milk to it.
    10. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
    11. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
    12. Serve hot with rice.
