  • 1 - small tin sardines, drained and mashed
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 - small wedges of Lime
  • 1 - hard boiled egg, thinly cut into rounds
  • 12 - small buttered bread slices
  • mayonnaise as required
  • How to Make Sardine Rounds:

    1. Mix sardines, lime juice, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    2. Spread on buttered slice.
    3. Cover with a slice of egg and sprinkle with a few drops of tabasco sauce.
