Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs, boiled
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 2 tsp - black Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tsp - yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • A bunch - Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Sarse diye Dimer Paturi:

    1. Remove the shell
    2. Mix black mustard, yellow mustard, green chillies, garlic, a little oil, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 /2 tsp salt.
    3. Slit the eggs and do not cut open.
    4. Heat the kadai with oil and fry the onions and add mustard paste and place the eggs in it.
    5. Take a bowl, transfer the contents, sprinkle coriander leaves over it.
    6. Now put the bowl in a kadai half filled with water.
    7. Steam the bowl with the lid for 10-15 minutes in low flame.
    8. Serve.
