  • 6 - eggs, boiled
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp - mustard oil
  • 2 tsp - black mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp - yellow mustard seeds
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • A bunch - coriander leaves

How to Make Sarse diye Dimer Paturi

  • Remove the shell
  • Mix black mustard, yellow mustard, green chillies, garlic, a little oil, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 /2 tsp salt.
  • Slit the eggs and do not cut open.
  • Heat the kadai with oil and fry the onions and add mustard paste and place the eggs in it.
  • Take a bowl, transfer the contents, sprinkle coriander leaves over it.
  • Now put the bowl in a kadai half filled with water.
  • Steam the bowl with the lid for 10-15 minutes in low flame.
  • Serve.
