How to Make Sarso Wali Tamatar Achar

  • Dice the tomatoes and slit the green chillies.
  • Heat oil in pan. Fry the tomatoes.
  • After about 15 mins, add the green chillies. Add salt to taste.
  • Let it cook till the water dries up and oil comes to the side.
  • Add mustard paste and mix well.
  • Serve with paratha, rice etc.
