  • 1 kg - chopped mustard leaves
  • 5 - cloves of garlic chopped
  • 3 - dry whole red peppers
  • 1 tbsp - mustard oil.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Sarson-ka-Saag

  • Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and broken red pepper.
  • When garlic turns light brown, add chopped mustard leave and little salt, stir.
  • Cover and cook till the mustard leaves are tender and crunchy. Serve.
