Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - cooked basmati Rice
  • 1/4 cup - sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup - sliced green Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - sliced Cabbage
  • 4 tbsp - sliced red Onion
  • 4 tbsp - sliced Carrot
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Spring onions
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped beans
  • 3 tbsp - Corn
  • 1 Clove - chopped Garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • How to Make Sassy Vegetable Fried Rice:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onions, red bell pepper, green capsicum, beans, carrot, spring onion, corn, cabbage and saute for 2 mins.
    2. Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, lime juice, pepper powder and rice.
    3. Mix well and serve.
