Ingredients

  • 200 g - boneless Chicken pieces
  • 1 cup - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • To make the Peanut sauce:
  • 1/2 cup - Peanut Butter
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Sate:

    1. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken pieces and marinate it for 8-10 hours.
    2. Thread the chicken pieces on wooden skewers and grill for 20 mins.
    3. To make the peanut sauce:
    4. Heat the oil and add the sliced onions.
    5. Add all the other sauce ingredients and add 3-4 tbsps.
    6. Water and let it simmer on low heat.
    7. Remove after 2-3 mins.
    8. Serve grilled chicken pieces with peanut sauce.
