Ingredients

  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Onions - 2
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 5 flakes
  • chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • chilli sauce - 3 tsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour
  • For marinade:
  • chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp

How to Make Saucy chicken

  • Marinate chicken in the marinade for an hour.
  • Fry chicken in oil. Remove and keep aside.
  • In the same oil, saute onions, ginger and garlic till they are soft.
  • Add chilli powder and all the sauces to it.
  • Fry for a few minutes till the oil comes on top.
  • Add the fried chicken and let it cook till the chicken catches the flavour of the sauces.
  • Add corn flour and let it thicken.
