How to Make Saucy Machli

  • Grind the peanuts, coconut and green chillies to a fine paste.
  • Mix the paste with the yogurt and plain flour.
  • Blend this mixture well to make a smooth paste.
  • Add salt and pour hot water, gradually.
  • Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Cover and cook at high for 7 mins, stirring once.
  • Add the fish, cover and cook at 30% for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
