Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 14 - Chicken sausages
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt

How to Make Sausage Pepper Fry

  • Prior to cooking, let the sausages reach room temperature.
  • Heat oil in a wide pan. Reduce heat to medium and arrange sausages on the pan.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder and salt on it. Stir the sausages gently.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat for 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Serve it hot with whole wheat bread.
