Ingredients

  • 4 - small size sausages
  • 90 g - flour
  • 40 ml - Milk
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • a pinch - salt
  • 1 tbsp - mustard paste or chilli sauce

How to Make Sausage Rolls

  • Mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Add the butter and mix. Stir in the milk. Knead into a smooth dough.
  • Roll out the dough into a 20 x 15 centimetre rectangle.
  • Spread mustard paste or chilli sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Cut into 4 strips.
  • Roll the sausages up in the dough and place them in a well-greased heat proof plate.
  • Cook on crisp mode for 5-6 mins or until they are light golden brown.
  • Serve hot with French fries.
