  • 3-4 - Carrots (grated)
  • 2 - Chopped onions
  • 3-4 - Chillies
  • 4 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Sauteed Carrot Palya

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chillies and onion and fry for a few minutes till it is golden brown.
  • Then add grated carrot and sautee.
  • Finally, add salt and garam masala and sautee.
