Ingredients

  • 3-4 - Carrots (grated)
  • 2 - Chopped Onions
  • 3-4 - Chillies
  • 4 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • A pinch of salt
  • How to Make Sauteed Carrot Palya:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add chillies and onion and fry for a few minutes till it is golden brown.
    2. Then add grated carrot and sautee.
    3. Finally, add salt and garam masala and sautee.
