Ingredients

  • 500 g - baby potatoes peeled and washed well
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - tandoori masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp - yogurt
  • 2 tsp - butter
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Savoury Baby Potatoes

  • Marinate the baby potatoes with all the above ingredients and let it stand for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the baby potatoes on low heat till they are cooked and evenly browned.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
