Ingredients

  • 300 g - flour
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 3 - eggs, beaten well
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 100 g - grated cheese
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Savoury Cheese Balls:

    1. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, to form a soft dough.
    2. Heat oil in a pan until smoky.
    3. Make a small balls of the size of large gooseberries and drop into the hot oil.
    4. Fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain and remove.
    5. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
