Ingredients

  • 2 cups - left over Rice
  • 1 cup - chopped Palak
  • 1 cup - chopped, unpeeled Potato
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1 tbsp - sesame
  • Garam Masala
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • How to Make Sawan Bhadhon:

    1. Grind cooked rice in a food processor along with curd.
    2. Grind coarsely. Shift in a bowl.
    3. Add chopped palak and vegetables along with sesame, salt, and garam masala.
    4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
    5. Make medium-sized pakoras. Serve with green chutney.
