Bread slices - 8
Capsicum, chopped - 1 | Paneer, chopped - 1 cup
Onion, chopped - 1
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cheese spread - 2-3 tsps
- 1 tsp
Chings all-in-one sauce - 2 tsps (or 2 tsps - soy sauce)
Oil - for cooking
- 2-3 tsps
Paneer, grated - 2-3 tsps
How to Make Schezwan Sandwich
Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and onion and saute for 1 minute.
Add grated paneer and finely chopped capsicum. Mix well.
Add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt and Chings all-in-one sauce.
Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
Trim the bread slices, flatten it a little, apply cheese spread and add the topping. | Roll the bread and secure with cocktail sticks.
Apply ghee or butter on the top of bread slices. Microwave at high for 2 minutes.
Remove the cocktail sticks, cut the slices into 2 pieces.
Garnish them with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
