Ingredients

  • Bread slices - 8
  • Capsicum, chopped - 1 | Paneer, chopped - 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic - 2-3
  • Onion, chopped - 1
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cheese spread - 2-3 tsps
  • Butter or ghee - 1 tsp
  • Chings all-in-one sauce - 2 tsps (or 2 tsps - soy sauce)
  • Oil - for cooking
  • For Garnishing:
  • Coriander leaves - 2-3 tsps
  • Paneer, grated - 2-3 tsps

How to Make Schezwan Sandwich

  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and onion and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add grated paneer and finely chopped capsicum. Mix well.
  • Add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt and Chings all-in-one sauce.
  • Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • Trim the bread slices, flatten it a little, apply cheese spread and add the topping. | Roll the bread and secure with cocktail sticks.
  • Apply ghee or butter on the top of bread slices. Microwave at high for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the cocktail sticks, cut the slices into 2 pieces.
  • Garnish them with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
