Ingredients

  • 1 lb - bulk Pork sausage
  • 1 tbsp - fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - onion, grated
  • 1/4 tsp - ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp - ground Nutmeg
  • 4 - eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs

How to Make Scotch Eggs

  • Combine sausage, parsley, onion, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well.
  • Divide sausage mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties.
  • Place one egg on top of each patty, shaping the sausage mixture around the egg, till it is completely covered.
  • Roll each sausage covered egg in breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in a oven, preheated to 350 degree F for 15-20 mins, until golden brown.
