  • 2 - medium-sized onions
  • 3 - medium-sized tomatoes
  • 250 g - homemade paneer or market cheese
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli to taste
  • dry coriander powder
  • a pinch of black pepper to taste

How to Make Scrambled Paneer (Cheese)

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the chopped onions and fry for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add the finely chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
  • Stir until the oil starts leaving the pan.
  • Add the scrambled paneer and the dry spices.
  • Keep stirring on low flame for another 7 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
