Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - white onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1 packet - tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Scrambled Tofu

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute chopped onions until tender.
  • Add tomatoes with juice and crumbled tofu.
  • Add salt, pepper and turmeric.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
