How to Make Scrumptious Fried Rice

  • Chop onion, tomato and green chillies. Cut chillies and ginger into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard and asafoetida.
  • Add chopped onions, green chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and fry. Add turmeric powder, prepared rice and mix evenly.
  • Add salt to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with pickle or curd.
