How to Make

  • Heat oil in a vessel.
  • Fry the sliced onions, curry leaves and green chilli.
  • When the onions turn brown, add the ground masala, salt, both chilli powders, turmeric powder and fry till the oil separates.
  • Now add the chopped tomatoes and continue to fry the masala till the tomatoes are soft.
  • Add the ground coconut paste and mix well.
  • Add the crabs and water. Cook till crabs are done.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with the chopped coriander.
