Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - crab, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup - shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 3 - stalk green onions, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup - Celery
  • 1 capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup - carrot, chopped and boiled
  • 1- green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - hot chilli sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 cup - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup - sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup - seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 tbsp - mayonnaise

How to Make Seafood Spread

  • Blend the sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise well.
  • Mix all the ingredients with it. Chill it for 2 hours.
  • Spread on bread, wafers and serve.
