Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - finely grinded minced Beef
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 - fried Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • How to Make Seekh Kabab:

    1. Mix all spices together and add to the minced beef.
    2. Mix well. Cover and leave in fridge to marinate for 3-4 hours.
    3. Form into long kebabs (like sausage) and either fry in a little oil or barbeque.
    4. Serve with onion, mint chutney and lemon.
