Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sour dosa batter
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 3 tbsp - semolina
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • Coriander - a few sprigs
  • 1 - Onion
  • salt to taste
  • oil - as required for deep frying
  • How to Make Semiya pakoda:

    1. To the dosa batter, add rice flour, semolina, salt, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and onion and mix well to make a batter that is semi-solid in consistency.
    2. Leave the batter aside for about 30 mins for semolina to turn soft.
    3. Then make small rounds and fry in oil.
    4. Serve.
