  • 2 cups - sour dosa batter
  • 2 tbsp - rice flour
  • 3 tbsp - semolina
  • 6 - green chillies
  • Coriander - a few sprigs
  • 1 - onion
  • salt to taste
  • oil - as required for deep frying

How to Make Semiya pakoda

  • To the dosa batter, add rice flour, semolina, salt, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and onion and mix well to make a batter that is semi-solid in consistency.
  • Leave the batter aside for about 30 mins for semolina to turn soft.
  • Then make small rounds and fry in oil.
  • Serve.
