  • 1 pack - semiya
  • 3 - Potatoes
  • 3 to 4 - Green chillies
  • 3 to 4 tsp - Corn flour
  • salt
  • How to Make Semiya Pakodi:

    1. Boil 1/2 litre of water and add a pack of vermicelli in it.
    2. Add a pinch of salt and 2 drops of oil so that vermicelli doesn't stick.
    3. Bring it to a boil and strain the water.
    4. Wash vermicelli with running cold water.
    5. Now peel potatoes and chop them into fine pieces. Cut green chillies into small pieces.
    6. Mix them with vermicelli along with flour. Add salt to taste.
    7. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry spoonful of the mixture just like pakodis.
