Ingredients

  • 200 g - semiya
  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsps - Butter
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 cups - water
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Semiya Veg Pulav:

    1. Cut all the vegetables and boil for 10 mins.
    2. Heat butter in a kadai and add onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt.
    3. Add all the vegetables, water, semiya and cook covered for 10 mins on a very low flame.
