Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Wheat (sifted)
  • 1.5 cups of semolina (blend dry)
  • 1.5 cups of icing Sugar
  • 1 cup of Almonds (blend it to powder form)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ghee (required till dough forms)

How to Make Semolina Ghee Biscuit

  • Mix in wheat, semolina, sugar, almond and 1/2 a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Next, add the ghee and mix well till a pliable dough forms.
  • Make into small balls and place them on a greased tray.
  • Bake for 5-10 mins at 360 degree F.
