  • 4 slices- White or Wheat bread
  • 150 g - semolina
  • 50 g - Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp - Ginger and chilli paste
  • 50 ml - Oil for shallow frying
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking powder
  • 200 ml - Water
  • salt to taste.
  • How to Make Semolina Pancake:

    1. Coarse grind the bread slices in a mixer.
    2. Now combine the ground bread and semolina, add the baking powder and mix thoroughly.
    3. Add some water to it to form a thick paste.
    4. Now add the fenugreek leaves, 2 tsp oil and ginger chilli paste.
    5. Add salt and mix thoroughly clockwise until it reaches a smooth consistency.
    6. Now heat 4 tsp of oil in a thick bottom pan on a medium flame.
    7. Pour one big spoon of the mixture in the pan and spread it.
    8. Add 1 tsp of oil and cook both the sides well.
    9. Serve hot.
