Ingredients

  • 2 cups - semolina
  • 1 cup - fresh curd
  • 1 cup - cooked Corn
  • 1 cup - chopped Cabbage
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - soda-bi-carb
  • 2 tsp - ghee/oil
  • 2 pinches - asafoetida
  • salt to taste
  • Garnish :
  • 1/4 cup - grated Carrot
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 cup - water
  • How to Make Semolina Pancakes:

    1. Mix the semolina and curd with water. Leave aside for 5 to 6 hours.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix very well.
    3. Prepare small pancakes on a non-stick fry pan using a little ghee.
    4. Sprinkle grated carrot, coriander and serve hot.
