  • 100 g - semolina.
  • 50 g - Pineapple pulp.
  • 50 g - sugar, powdered.
  • 25 g - coconut, grated, wet.
  • 20 g - cashew nuts.
  • 20 ml - oil.
  • 2 tsp - ghee, melted.
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder.
  • How to Make Semolina Pineapple Cake:

    1. Mix pineapple pulp, semolina, coconut, ghee and sugar thoroughly in a glass bowl.
    2. Blend it in a mixie, add cardamom powder and few pieces of cashew nuts. The mixture should be thick in consistency.
    3. Pour the mixture on a non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame.
    4. Cook for 3 mins, turning from one side to the other and continue till both the sides become golden like a mini cake.
